Hello from Paula

I'm pleased to meet you

I’m just a little bit obsessed about powerful training and presenting.

I’ve been busy helping experts, entrepreneurs, senior executives and organisations to grow their business and their brands by harnessing the power of speaking out and leadership communication for over 30 years.

I have immersed myself in the industry taking every opportunity to learn all about the world of presenting, education, influence, human behaviour, neuroscience and leadership communication. Knowledge and experience gained through tertiary studies, my 30+ years working as a professional speaker, trainer and coach, by working with and observing some of the world's best educators and speakers, thousands of hours of professional development and even my Master's research was all about leadership (from the front of the room.) I now get to pass on what I have learnt over my career to my coachees, workshop participants and audience members across the globe.  

Even after all this time, I love the results I get working closely with my clients, knowing that when I’m done, they now have the confidence, knowledge and skills to have a real impact on the people and organisations they work with. It is such a privilege.

I'm also proud to be a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) awarded by the National Speakers Association more than a decade ago, a designation held only by a small number of professional speakers around the world. 

When I'm not speaking, training or coaching or creating online masterclasses, I enjoying spending time my family and friends and hanging out on my Perth hills property with a whole bunch of adorable alpacas.
